Overview
This 10 Ton/Hour Double Stage Reverse Osmosis Pure Water System is a high-efficiency industrial water treatment equipment. The two-stage RO design greatly improves desalination rate and water purity. It can produce stable pure water continuously for production lines. The whole frame is stainless steel 304, with PLC automatic control, online conductivity monitoring, automatic flushing and protection functions.
Working Principle
Raw water goes through pretreatment (quartz sand filter, activated carbon filter, softener, security filter) → first-stage RO high-pressure pump → first-stage RO membrane → second-stage RO high-pressure pump → second-stage RO membrane. The dissolved salts, heavy metal ions, colloids, bacteria and organic matter are intercepted by RO membranes, to get high-purity pure water. Concentrate water can be recycled or discharged as required.

Q1: What purity water can this 10m³/h double stage RO machine produce?
A: The outlet TDS is below 10ppm, subject to raw water TDS. If you need higher purity, we can add EDI module after double RO.

Q3: How long is the RO membrane lifespan?
A: Normally 2–3 years under standard pretreatment and correct operation.
