Our 35 ton per hour double stage RO water purification system is a mature industrial high-purity water solution. The first-stage RO removes most TDS, and the second-stage RO further lowers conductivity to obtain high-purity water. The integrated skid frame is made of SUS304 stainless steel, sturdy and anti-rust. It is equipped with high-efficiency vertical multi-stage high-pressure pumps, anti-corrosion UPVC or SS316L piping, FRP membrane shells, online pressure gauges, flow transmitters, conductivity meters, auto flushing and CIP cleaning system. PLC automatic control is optional, with high/low pressure protection and fault alarm. The system will automatically flush membranes before shutdown to extend membrane service life. We can customize the whole configuration according to your raw water quality report, including membrane quantity, dosing system and material selection.
